Tax rate helps when you are just staring and have no alliance to ask for $$$
In the begining a 50% is good... After you are in an alliance it has no purpose
Howerver, Tax rate impacts Happness
Happyness impacts the population. If you have a population limit of 30000 and a happyness of 50% you will only be able to grow your actve population to 50% of you total population.
So once you are reading this SET YOUR TAX RATE TO ZERO and get busy growing your troup count.
